Abstract

|
Leiomyosarcoma of the neck is very rare. A 80 year old man presented a huge mass in the neck was finally diagnosed as leiomyosarcoma, multiple metastases though hematogeneous spread was demonstrated with neck computerized tomogram, Differential diagnosis of neck mass should include leiomyosarcoma for early curative surgery.
